Vision Zero for Youth Leadership Awards

Seattle, WA

The Vision Zero for Youth Leadership Awards recognize places that have taken bold steps to reach zero pedestrian and bicyclist serious injuries and deaths among children and youth with the goal to inspire others to take action. The Vision Zero for Youth initiative offers two annual awards; one presented to a U.S. city, town, or local tribal government and the other presented to a city anywhere in the world. The U.S. award was first given in 2017 and the first international award followed in 2020. Selection for each award is guided by committee comprised of road safety and child health leaders.
